Pat Kaczor
Partner & Installation Manager
With 35 years of experience in custom home building and seven years with Heffley’s Hearth & Home, Pat brings a wealth of construction knowledge and experience to the team. He oversees installation operations, helping ensure every project is handled with care and expertise.
When he’s not working, Pat enjoys spending time with his grandkids and working on the farm.
Melanie Kaczor
Partner & Front Office Manager
Melanie brings more than 20 years of experience in dental front office administration and seven years with Heffley’s Hearth & Home. She helps keep the front office running smoothly while making sure customers feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment they walk through the door.
Outside of work, Melanie loves spending time with her family, especially her seven grandkids, and taking trips to the beach.
Rebecca
Sales & Administrative Assistant
With five years at Heffley’s Hearth & Home and a background in administrative support for an electrical company, Rebecca brings valuable organizational skills and experience to the team. She helps keep daily operations running smoothly while assisting customers with their needs.
When she’s away from work, Rebecca enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
Maurice “Moe”
Lead Installer
Moe has been part of the Heffley’s Hearth & Home team for two years, bringing a diverse background in both the HVAC and automotive mechanic industries. As Lead Installer, he puts his technical knowledge and hands-on experience to work helping customers enjoy their new heating and fireplace products.
Outside of work, Moe enjoys spending time with his wife and animals, as well as heading out for a little off-roading adventure.
